New Blog!

I miss blogging, but it was also time for a new blog...

feel free to find me over here!

3.13.2012

the sun is out.

Going to the gym this morning while sick was not my smartest move.  Almost passing out on the track = potential for a smaller-than-ants feeling and permanent brain damage.

But all considered, it's going to be a great day.  I can feel it!

P.S.  I get my ring tomorrow.  I'm dying.

!!!!!

2.26.2012

take it to heart.

"The Lord doesn’t care at all if we spend our days working in marble halls or stable stalls. He knows where we are, no matter how humble our circumstances. He will use—in His own way and for His holy purposes—those who incline their hearts to Him.

God knows that some of the greatest souls who have ever lived are those who will never appear in the chronicles of history. They are the blessed, humble souls who emulate the Savior’s example and spend the days of their lives doing good."

Taken from this talk.

awesome/awkward.

We all have those moments where we see something, or something happens to us, and we think "awesome!"

We, unfortunately, all have those other moments where we see something, or something happens to us, and we think "awkward."

Let me share those moments with you for this past week.
